Vlad Adoniev combines nearly two decades of financial services experience with the practical perspective of an entrepreneur and real estate investor. Based in Montréal, he helps professionals, business owners and families make purposeful investment decisions aligned with their ambitions.
Through Rethink & Diversify Securities, Vlad helps eligible and accredited investors explore private real estate, private credit and alternative investments that can complement their existing portfolios. He examines what drives each opportunity, understands its risks and determines whether it belongs in the client’s broader strategy.
His approach goes beyond selecting investments. Vlad identifies portfolio overlap, concentrated exposures and gaps in diversification, connecting his recommendations to each client’s objectives, tax considerations, income needs and liquidity requirements. Clients gain a clear understanding of what they own, why they own it and how it supports their goals.
His broader practice includes life insurance and real estate financing, offered separately from his securities role at R&D. This experience brings a wider perspective to the relationship between investments, borrowing and wealth protection.
